Regent offers seven speciality dining venues, expert-led Epicurean programmes and 24-hour in-suite dining. The open-seating Compass Ross is the main dining room, serving highly customisable menus. The experience is enhanced with Versace dinner sets, ornate decor and crystal chandeliers.

Azure is a new speciality dining concept onboard Prestige, serving authentic Mediterranean-inspired cuisines. The restaurant's aesthetic blends Mediterranean style and Middle East charm. It features elaborate Arabesque mosaics, rustic pottery and a stunning chandelier centrepiece.

Following a drydock refurb, Voyager and Mariner launched the new Epicurean Enrichment Studio. This culinary experience brings global cuisines at sea through lectures, storytelling and demonstrations.

With a lifestyle-driven focus, Explora veers away from the traditional luxury dining experience. There is no main dining hall, fixed schedules or formal dress codes.

Pursuing culinary diversity, Explora features nine distinct dining choices to suit every taste. More epicurean experiences like the fine-dining Anthology are also available for a surcharge. These expand the already-amazing line-up of gourmet culinary concepts onboard. 

A spectacular slate of gastronomic experiences are launching onboard the latest Explora III. Alongside returning fleet favourites, the new ship is emerging with never-seen-before culinary choices.

First is the Shore Club on 11 at the Conservatory, a relaxed venue serving casual poolside bites. The Chef’s Table by Explora Journeys offers collaborative dining led by expert chefs. Finally, The Cellar by Explora Journeys is perfect for world-class fine wine tastings.
