Ideally, the best time to go on a cruise to Brunei is between January and May, when the weather is warm and dry but not too hot and humid, perfect for sightseeing and outdoor activities.

It is important to note that Brunei is a conservative country, so tourists are expected to observe the local dress code and show respect by wearing modest and culture-appropriate clothes, especially when visiting mosques and other places for worship. Ideally, everyone should wear clothing that covers the shoulders and knees. Women are encouraged to wear long pants or skirts that cover the legs to the calf, whilst men should avoid wearing shorts. Keep in mind also to pack lightweight and breathable clothes to stay comfortable when the weather is hot and humid.
