Making a booking
If you continue to make a booking, as LoveitBookit.com act as a booking agent and we are not the holiday operator, we will need to pass the follow data to our third party suppliers in order to service your booking. We will collect and safely store the following data, which may include, but is not limited too;
– Names of Passengers Travelling
– Dates of Birth
– Contact Details (name, address, telephone number)
– Details of holiday booked

We may collect data to analyse how effective our marketing communications are and if you open and engage with these marketing campaigns. All of our emails contain an unsubscribe link and if you do not wish to continue to receive them, you are free to unsubscribe at any time.
Third Party Review Sites
We work with Feefo in order to for us to ensure high levels of customer service as we ask customers to provide them with feedback about their booking experience with us as a company. In order for them to do this, we provide them with your name, email address, booking date and holiday in order for them to ask for this feedback. The feedback will then be published on their website. You can do this anonymously if you wish. If you do not wish to be contacted by Feefo, please let us know at the time of booking.
Sharing Data to Countries Outside of the European Union
We collect your data within the EU, however, due to the nature of our business, there may be a need to share your information with a travel provider outside of the EU where the data controls may not be as secure.
