Earlier this year, Celebrity Cruises made an initial order of 10 revolutionary vessels in preparation for this new brand pursuit. These river cruise ships will mirror the quality and sophistication of the Edge Class ocean fleet, bringing the award-winning dining experiences and unrivalled hospitality to the river, whilst also introducing an evolution of design and on board features, all on top of an all-inclusive luxury.
Additionally, all meals, beverages, Wi-Fi, onboard experiences, and one shore excursion per day are included in the cruise fare.
Striving to emulate the revolutionary open design of the ocean ships, the Celebrity river cruise vessels will boast the most inviting and accessible outdoor space on the river – creating a greater connection between the guests and every awe-inspiring sight unfolding on the horizon!
Celebrity Compass and Celebrity Seeker, the pioneering river cruise ships, are set to launch the Magic Edge – the first-ever cantilevered dining pods. Here, guests can dine floating above the river whilst indulging in destination-inspired delicacies and drinks, with a choice of relaxing zones to match every mood and taste! This all-new multi-purpose outdoor area will also feature an infinity plunge pool, where guests can chill and unwind whilst soaking in the endless stunning views.
