Cruise News: MSC Yacht Club and new spaces are coming to MSC Magnifica during a major refurbishment

Starting summer 2026, select guests on board Magnifica can enjoy the brand-signature ship-within-a-ship concept MSC Yacht Club as seen on MSC’s stunning vessels like MSC Virtuosa and MSC Seascape. Spanning the ship’s five upper foredecks, this private hideaway will indulge guests with lavishly designed accommodations and intimate shared facilities, alongside a 24-hour dedicated butler and concierge services. 

Aiming to provide guests the most luxurious home at sea, the MSC Yacht Club will boast 63 elegantly furnished suites with five suite categories to cater to every style and interest, including the palatial Royal Suite with a private whirlpool bath. These ocean-view balcony sanctuaries create a great connection between the guests and every breath-taking sight in the horizon. Each suite is tastefully appointed with the lushest amenities, including marble bathrooms, premium linens, a complimentary minibar plus more!

This exclusive ship-within-a-ship haven will also contain a fully-equipped sundeck with a pool, grill restaurant and bar, offering a cosy setting to chill, dine and drink. Guests are in for a culinary adventure in the exclusive restaurant, serving a choice of gourmet cuisines paired with fine wines, all on top of attentive service! And on the ship’s foredeck lies the chic Top Sail Lounge, where guests can soak in panoramic views and nightly live music over a glass of cocktail.

In addition to the MSC Yacht Club, Magnifica is emerging from a drydock with premier an elevated MSC Aurea Spa, allowing guests to discover the gold standard of wellness and rejuvenation. The 2,906-square-feet oasis features a salt room, sauna, steam rooms, Kneipp path, emotional showers and a lounge area for relaxing. Guests can also take a refreshing dip in the open-air pool complex or in the indoor pool. 

Finally, a state-of-the-art fitness centre is premiering aboard Magnifica to help guests stay active whilst getting all pampered whilst cruising! Located in deck 14, the highly-innovative gym is complete with dramatic ocean views, dedicated yoga, spinning studios and cutting-edge Technogym® training equipment.

Following her drydock later this year, MSC Magnifica will return to service in 2026 with summer cruises in Europe. Embarking from Warnemunde, Germany, the newly refurbished ship will explore some of the most enchanting locations across the Baltic Sea and Scandinavia. She will also offer winter cruises exploring the Mediterranean, as well as an ultimate world cruise that will last for 121 nights in 2027.
