One of the major offerings of the reimagined Ocean Cay are the daily wellness and sports programs to be led by two expert coaches with proven professional experience aboard MSC Cruises ships – offering guests an opportunity to relax, recharge and soothe their senses during their stay in the private island. Guests can join a variety of activities throughout the day, such as yoga, functional fitness training, and fire and ice challenge paired with hot yoga and ice baths.
Following the exclusive island revamp, guests of all ages can start immersing themselves in an educational Augmented Reality (AR) treasure hunt, as part of Ocean Cay’s commitment to marine conservation. With an app accessible via tablets or mobile devices, the players can embark on a digital adventure with simulated storytelling as they navigate each location that highlights specific ecological issues and the countermeasures taken by the brand to help address it.
Additionally, a vibrant LEGO pop-up activation will soon greet guests upon arrival at the Welcome Pavilion. This interactive experience will feature a mix of seven LEGO life-sized characters and the signature MSC Cruises mascot, Doremi.
