Oceania Cruises has launched the brand-new Oceania Allura, the eighth elegant boutique ship in their ultra-luxury fleet, which officially embarked on her six-day maiden voyage last July 2025. Her debut journey began in Trieste, Italy, calling at some of the most enchanting Eastern Mediterranean destinations in Croatia, Italy and Montenegro, all before coming to a memorable end in Athens, Greece.
Oceania Allura spans 804 feet and weighs over 68,000 gross tons, accommodating 3,571 guests at double occupancy. Built on the monumental success of Oceania Vista, this second Allura-class vessel will perfectly mirror the style and innovation of her sister ship. The latest evolution in the Allura class fleet represents the brand’s bold vision to deliver next-generation luxury travel experiences and its unwavering commitment to continue their legacy as the world’s leading culinary- and destination-focused cruise line.
Food is at the heart of every Oceania Cruises journey, making it one of the world’s most luxurious cruise lines dedicated to providing The Finest Cuisine at Sea®. Aboard Allura, guests can enjoy a ratio of one unrivalled chef for every eight guests plus a team dedicated culinary staff that makes half of the ship’s crew population.
The all-new ship has pioneered The Crêperie, a brand-first culinary venue next to the line’s signature coffee bar Baristas, offering an extensive array of sweet treats, such as French crêpes, Belgian and bubble waffles, and Italian ice cream sundaes.
A wide selection of delectable delicacies await at the Grand Dining Room, boasting over 270 new recipes from the world-class culinary team. This main dining venue oozes European sophistication with its decadent decor and ornate chandeliers. For a more relaxed culinary experience, guests can continue indulging time-honoured favourites at the classic steakhouse Polo Grill and the nourishing flavours of Aquamar Kitchen.
Aiming to bring global flavours to the table, Allura has emerged with Jacques, a brand-signature French restaurant, featuring reimagined menus and innovative experiential dishes, as well as Red Ginger, known for serving the best of Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine. Toscana is also part of the ship’s restaurant line-up, where guests can savour tantalising Tuscan-inspired meals in a refined dining setting.
The immersive mixology and art of wine pairing completes the epicurean experience on board Allura. Introduced with the newest Oceania vessel, Gerard Bertrand Wine Pairing Luncheon is a unique dining experience where guests can enjoy a six-course meal paired with premium hand-picked wines from the Gérard Bertrand collection at the Jacques restaurant.
Beyond the extraordinary gastronomic adventure, guests are in for truly pleasurable cruises as Allura boasts the most spacious standard staterooms at sea, measuring more than 290 square feet, fully furnished with top-of-the-line amenities and lavish bathrooms. Another new location for the ultimate relaxation on board is the Library, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking sweeping sea views!
