The Bazaar will feature an ever-changing local market, showcasing engaging displays and products from local artisans, as well as hand-on craft workshops. The markets will accordingly match the theme of the four distinct Caribbean-inspired festivals premiering in this multi-purpose area in 2025, including Carnival, Aqua, Flora/Verde and Viva.
Guests are in for a real treat with a fresh line-up of destination-inspired dining options awaiting at The Bazaar, with the open-kitchen Mosaic restaurant serving reimagined regional dishes and the casual-setting Spice offering a choice of daytime rotating bites and an oceanfront café. At the Mosaic, guests have the chance to experience the industry-first Chef’s Table, where Celebrity’s global culinary team will present a multi-course, locally-inspired menu, perfectly paired with the brand’s excellent selection of wine. And in the Chef’s Studio, guests are invited to master preparing local delicacies in the first-ever destination-inspired cooking classes of Celebrity Cruises at sea!
